In collaboration with numerous celebrities, it works to provide children with medical assistance, expand access to extracurricular reading materials, sports facilities, and enhance their physical well-being as well as artistic appreciation. These efforts aim to ensure that the future of our nation can develop comprehensively in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education, free from the burdens of illness.

To this end, Star Plus Legend Holdings Ltd. partnered with the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation to establish the " Dreaming the Future " Special Fund.

The Fund supports rural revitalization through initiatives like the "Little Buddy" Library Project, which helps improve infrastructure in village schools. This initiative creates a comfortable, warm, and high-quality reading environment for students, enriches campus cultural life, cultivates and enhances their reading abilities and core competencies, thereby better serving rural revitalization.
