Star Plus Legend and Unitree Robotics have entered into a global strategic partnership focused on the commercialization of robotics. The two parties will jointly develop consumer-grade robotic products with strong IP attributes. Beyond deeply integrating IP into intelligent hardware, the collaboration will also explore innovative applications of robotics across entertainment scenarios, including concerts and live performance shows.

The two parties will establish a joint venture, Yuxing Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd., with each holding a 50% equity stake. The joint venture will primarily be responsible for the development and creation of consumer-grade IP robots (including quadruped robotic pets), performance-oriented humanoid robots, and IP-derived products. It will also hold exclusive rights for the sales, operation, and promotion of products jointly developed by both parties.

By leveraging Unitree Robotics’ advanced core robotic technologies and manufacturing capabilities, together with Star Plus Legend’s extensive IP resources, operational expertise, and sales capabilities, the partnership aims to create interactive intelligent robotic products for performance and entertainment with global reach, further advancing the implementation of the “IP + Robotics + AI” integrated model.
